KILZ® Mold & Mildew Aerosol Primer is an oil-based primer-sealer designed for residential areas with high humidity and moisture. This convenient spray is ideal for small projects, spot priming, and touch-ups in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and other damp spaces. It provides excellent adhesion, blocks tough stains, and forms a mold and mildew-resistant film on the primer surface.

• Blocks Tough Stains: Helps block medium to heavy stains including ink, grease, pencil, felt marker, water stains, and tannins.
• Excellent Adhesion: Provides strong adhesion on interior and exterior surfaces and creates a solid base for water-based or oil-based topcoats.
